This return policy applies to orders placed and shipped within the United States.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as the following conditions are met:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 10 days of order delivery.

Returns are accepted by mail only. In-store or drop-off returns are not supported.

A return label is included in the package.

There is no restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges if the item qualifies under the return conditions. A replacement product will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your returned item is approved and received:
