At Electro Packaging, we take pride in offering quality electronics packaging solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


Coverage Area

This return policy applies to orders placed and shipped within the United States.


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 10 days of order delivery.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only. In-store or drop-off returns are not supported.

  • A return label is included in the package.

  • There is no restocking fee for approved returns.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@electropackaging.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If applicable, include photos of the issue.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges if the item qualifies under the return conditions. A replacement product will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.


Refunds

Once your returned item is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened packaging

  • Custom-printed or personalized items unless defective

  • Items returned after the 10-day window
